1. Route 17M becomes known as Dolson Avenue when it enters the Middletown city limits.
2. Our office building is the first lot on Dolson Avenue within the city limits.
3. It is a four story office building located between a Taco Bell franchise and a Saab/Subaru car dealership.
4. Our parking lot has no curb cut along Dolson Avenue, so you must make a turn at the red light at Taco Bell into a commercial area/strip mall known as Middletown Commons.
5. The first driveway on the right will lead you to Taco Bell.
6. The second driveway will lead you to our office building.
7. We are located on the third floor of the building and elevators are located at the front and rear entrances, although only the rear entrance is handicapped accessible.
8. The designated handicapped parking spaces are near the rear entrance.

From Sullivan County:

1. Take NYS Rt 17 East to Exit 121W, which leads to Interstate 84. 
2. Take Interstate 84 West to Exit 3W (the first exit you will encounter). 
3. Coming off the exit ramp you bear right onto NYS Rte 17M, which becomes Dolson Avenue at the Middletown City limits. 
4. At the 3rd red light (about .5 miles) you make a right hand turn (note the Taco Bell franchise).

From Ellenville area:

1. Take US Route 209 South/West to NYS  Rt 17 East. 
2. Take NYS Rt 17 East to Exit 121W, which leads to Interstate 84. 
3. Take Interstate 84 West to Exit 3W and follow the above local directions.

From eastern Ulster County:

1. Take US Rt 9W South to Interstate 84 West. 
2. Take Interstate 84 West to Exit 3W and follow the above local directions.

From eastern Orange County and Dutchess County:

1. Take Interstate 84 West to Exit 3W and follow the above local directions.
